Sian Doherty

Sian joined Arc in 2010 as a front line operator in the control room, she quickly worked her way through the ranks and became Managing Director in 2021.

She has over a decade of experience providing innovative security solutions for Arc’s Customers.

Sian is passionate about promoting diversity within the security industry whilst making it a career of choice. She is a director of the Women's Security Society, committee member for the BSIA ARC SIG and member of the Security Institute.

Mitch Collier

Operations Manager

Mitch joined Arc at the end of 2021 to manage the operation of our control room.

He has 8 years’ experience in working an 24/7 control room environment and leading teams through different operational challenges.

Mitch dedicates time to ensure we are meeting customer and business expectations by identifying improvements, implementing positive changes and encourages colleagues to develop fully in their role.

Amy Patterson

Customer Experience Manager

Amy joined Arc in 2023, to ensure the customer voice remains paramount across the organisation. Amy is new to the security industry but has led an established career in customer service roles.

Day to day, she manages the customer services team and provides insights and innovation across that department.

Amy has a great artistic flair and regularly bakes and crafts for her friends, family and the team.

Tony Angel

IT Manager

Tony joined Arc in 2019 to manage our IT estate.

He has overseen a hardware refresh across our entire infrastructure, and assists us with all things technical internally and for Arc's customers.

Outside of work, Tony tries to spend as much time as possible away from screens, he enjoys hiking, DIY and spending time with family.

Jack Smith-Morse

Customer Service Team Leader

Jack.Smith-Morse@arcmon.com

Jack joined Arc in 2018 as a night shift operator in our control room, before moving to the day shift and then into the customer services team, providing technical support to customers.

He spent the last few years learning everything he can about the products Arc's customers use and how he can assist them every step of the way.

Jack has an interest in embracing innovation and new developments within the industry and building his knowledge bank.
