Bespoke Reporting
Arc are in a unique position within the alarm receiving centre industry. We have invested in our own reporting platform which means we can produce bespoke reports at a global, customer or site level. Our reporting platform is constantly evolving to meet the needs of our customers.
As standard we provide all CCTV customers with detailed accurate reports, written by the individual who handled the event. Any reported incident contains still images at the point of alarm, gathered in real time by the operator handling the event. All exception reports are sent daily by 08:30 AM.

False Alarm Filtering
No system can be 100% perfect, 100% of the time. False alarms within CCTV are commonplace. New intelligent AI technology reviews CCTV alarm images for human or vehicle activity, disregarding the false alarms. We have seen a over 70% reduction in false alarms after adopting this technology. A system which sends fewer false alarms is a stronger one.

Out of hours Call Handling
We can support your business with our out of hours call and messaging services. When your office shuts at 5pm but you still need to offer engineer support 24/7, we can take away the pain. We will handle the incoming call as your business, take down all the necessary details and inform your on -call engineer.
CSL Routers
Internet connection difficult, no access to the client system? CSL Routers can help. We offer the full package of routers and maintain a VPN with CSL to ensure monitoring of any CSL router sites.
