Policy Scope

The scope of certification is applied to the Company’s operations and covers:

The monitoring of Electronic Security Systems including Access Control, Video Surveillance Systems, Intruder and Fire Detection & Alarms systems and Lone Worker Monitoring, in accordance with the NPCC Policy and with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015 and NSI SSQS 102, BS5979, BS 9518, BS 8418 and BS7858.

The scope of Business is applied to the Company’s operations and covers:

• The monitoring of Electronic Intruder & Fire Detection & Alarm Systems.

• The monitoring of Video Surveillance Systems.

• Lone Worker Monitoring.

• Integrated solutions.

The management system applies to all Company employees based at its facilities at our Bristol Office and ARC and all processes and activities carried out by the Company, in the supply of its services. In relation to all interested parties, the Company is committed to the following:

This management system enables the Company to control its Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety risks, improve its performance and to develop and implement policies and objectives which takes into account legal and other requirements. The management system outlines a framework for elimination or minimisation of risks to personnel and other interested parties who could be exposed to hazards associated with the Company’s activities.
