Keyholding
Arc Monitoring provides SIA-licensed Keyholding and Alarm Response services to sites across the UK, 24/7, 365 days a year. In conjunction with our monitoring services, our clients find the peace of mind that comes with crime prevention, not just damage limitation.
Subject to individual site conditions, we will dispatch a licensed operative who will attend site within agreed timescales *. On arrival they will check the premises for criminal damage and allow access to emergency services as required plus reset the security system if fitted and carry out any other procedures requested in advance by the client. In the case of serious incidents, we will contact you to bring you up to speed, prior to a full written report describing the incident, actions taken and people contacted.

Scheduled Security Patrols
If a site is aware of a new or heightened risk, our Scheduled Patrols provide an intruder deterrent and a rapid response solution in the event of a potential security breach. These pre-agreed, timed tours check the perimeter of a site plus the entrance(s).
